Video Compiling:

This is a new service we offer! If you have photos you took or would like to have your new photos in a video we can compile one just for you. 

 

Request A Photoshoot

Fill out a Book Now form online, email or call our business number to request a photoshoot. Once a day and time are agreed upon by all parties you will receive an email with 3 forms for you to fill out. Those forms are in the following order; Book Now (If you already filled this out you may skip this form), Terms and Conditions  and the Purchase Form. These will need to be filled out as soon as possible to ensure you get the date and time that works for you and our team.

Book Now Form

Here is what information I will need when you fill out this form:

~When you'd like your photoshoot
~What kind of photoshoot and how long
~Who is attending
~An email address and phone number I can contact you through 
~Your payment type (I will need this after you agree to the terms and conditions) 


Terms And Conditions Form

You can access the contract before you inquire about a photoshoot to see if our terms are acceptable by going to the terms and conditions tab above or click here. Terms can be negotiated BEFORE you sign it. In order for any agreed upon changes to be valid they must be in writing and signed by all parties. If terms are negotiated and agreed upon there will be an exclusion fee added to your order.

You can opt to not sign the contract but by doing so there will be a $25 exclusion fee.

The photoshoot will then be scheduled AFTER the deposit amount is paid (half of the session amount). 


Purchase Form

This form will ask you what you would like to purchase. After you fill it out I will email you a copy of your order to make sure everything is right. The copy of it is not proof of purchase. If you would like to know where you stand payment wise please reach out to me.

You will not get any previews or pictures until all standing fees are paid in full. No exceptions! 

Add-on options add additional charges to your order. If It says TBD then the price will be decided once I have more information about your photoshoot.


How To Post Pictures 

Once you receive your photos and you want to post them Phenomenon Photography requires that you give credit for the pictures by saying who did them and adding our website link/ tagging us to your post. If you wish to use them as a cover photo or something close to that we still require credit in some way- such Phenomenon Photography's name below the picture or in the small print.
